Pasco County Jail

Medications

Interview with Kyle

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Kyle: No I did not.

JM: How did you get your medications?
Kyle: You get meds by the nurse. She brings them to the pod for you.

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs?
Kyle: Lock down. Or loss of good time or a new sentence.

i will probably be going to jail about a year instead of probation again.i have a broken foot and my heel died and top bone shattered replaced and have pins and screws.its only been 7weeks and i cannot afford rehab. will i get that and medication being its very painful since im trying to walk on my own.i go once a month to see if the replacement bone dies.if it does i have to get my ankle fused.if it does not fuse right its being amputed. i lost job since cant walk n could not finish my classes since still on most bedrest which is violating my probations. and a new charge came up from my past so thats another violation. moved to start over away from trouble with my4kids but it seems there is no going back.trouble at 16 and never again til this hard year. but too late. will they continue my medical while i am incarcerated. please let me know.i am terrified. thank you.
